Just select and highlight the desired place in the text, after which an additional menu will open, which provides the function of adding a hyperlink. All that remains is to add the website address in the input window that appears.
After adding, make sure that the selected text changes color to blue and an underline appears - this means that everything went as expected. If the color does not change and the underline does not appear, you need to try again.
The disadvantage of this option is that in order to see the link that is added to the text, users will have to open the article. In the feed, such a publication will look like a preview with a picture, title and "Read" button. From the feed, you will not be able to click on the link and go to a third-party site.
The last and most popular option to insert a link to a third-party site that is not related to the VKontakte social network is a simple copy-paste. Copy the desired site address from the address bar and add it to the publication.
In this case, a preview window will also appear at the bottom of the publication, but by clicking on the cross in the upper right corner, you can delete the preview. After that, only a blue link in the text will remain in the publication. The
only drawback of this option is that the information will not be displayed as a hyperlink, that is, text with specific content, by clicking on which you can go to the desired site, but simply a direct link to the site. Therefore, when choosing this method, it is advisable to insert a few words before the link about what kind of site it is and where the user is invited.
