Visual Workflow Example Visual Workflow Above is a built-in visual workflow that depicts what happens when a contact comes to fill out a form. After the form is filled out, it sends out a trigger. After this, the information passes through filters. In our example, the two filters include a sales qualified filter and a nurture-based filter. on lead scoring. After filters, the next step is to segment the leads into separate workflows. At this point, the automation engine takes the input information and splits it into automated processes.
These automated processes include drip campaigns, list additions, lead assignments, and delays, among others. In the workflow builder, you can use automations to control which workflow or segment a Indonesia Email List lead is in. Setting Up Your Visual Workflow To set up automations on the workflow builder, the first thing you need to do is select a trigger. All visual workflows will start with a trigger that you select. You can feed multiple triggers into a workflow. Setting Up Your Visual Workflow The next step is where you select the different areas to segment into. You can select the filter option based on what you want to segment your leads into.
